The Revenue Operations Lead will design and implement the operational infrastructure for Proton’s growing B2B sales and customer success teams. This is a hands‑on builder role ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into clarity, processes into efficiency and tools into productivity.
You’ll act as a technical RevOps builder using tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo and Zapier to automate workflows, enrich data and improve visibility, helping Sales focus on selling not spreadsheets. This role is foundational to Proton’s next growth chapter, ensuring the revenue engine runs predictably, transparently and efficiently across geographies and teams.
