Our Revenue Operations team is expanding! You’ll report to the Revenue Operations Director and work alongside our brilliant Business Applications team. We partner closely with Sales Enablement, so you’ll have the ear of the commercial organization and the freedom to take on projects that play to your strengths. Plus, you’ll be mentored to grow in the areas you’re passionate about.

What you'll be doing:
  • Empowering Decisions: Design reports that help leadership make smarter, data-driven choices.
  • Visualising Success: Build dashboards in Power BI that make performance metrics clear and compelling.
  • Analyzing & Reporting: Dive deep into marketing, pipeline, revenue, and account growth data to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Driving Strategy: Support pricing and revenue models with robust analysis.
  • Championing Data Quality: Simplify data capture, clean third-party sources, and ensure reporting is accurate and insightful.
  • Planning & Protecting: Help forecast revenue, identify risks, and recommend strategies to stay ahead.
  • Training & Supporting: Enable in-market teams to leverage reporting tools effectively.
  • Presenting with Impact: Deliver high-quality presentations that influence global decision-making.
Who we’re looking for:
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Proven experience in commercial finance, revenue operations, or sales analysis
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce), and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Someone that thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Acts as a proactive strategic partner
  • Goes the extra mile to add genuine value
