Revenue Operations & CSM Specialist, United Kingdom

In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of a high-performing sales and growth team, driving efficiency across the revenue cycle. You will leverage data, AI tools, and HubSpot expertise to optimize processes, ensure flawless execution, and unlock scalable growth opportunities. Acting as the bridge between sales, marketing, and leadership, you will monitor KPIs, design workflows, and implement strategies that increase booked calls and revenue performance. Accountabilities
  • Lead and optimize the revenue engine by managing calendars, booking discovery and strategy calls, and supporting high-ticket webinars.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns, messaging, and CRM workflows with business goals.
  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
  • Implement and manage backend processes, including onboarding, payment tracking, and revenue monitoring.
  • Drive innovative, data-backed strategies to increase efficiency, performance, and conversion rates.
  • Champion AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline workflows and boost team productivity.
  • Ensure consistent processes and best practices across the revenue organization.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations, ideally in a SaaS or tech startup environment.
  • Proven cross-functional experience across the revenue cycle, supporting SDRs, AEs, and leadership teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including automation, dashboards, and reporting.
