Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday

With a sharp eye on delivery, you'll guide your transformation team to land technical solutions on time and in scope.

Day to day

• Guide a high-performing transformation team, setting KPIs, mentoring talent, and embedding best practice across everything we do.
• Ensure projects land on time and within scope, removing blockers and escalating where needed to keep momentum strong.
• Shape and prioritise the PRM development pipeline, sequencing initiatives to unlock maximum business value.
• Collaborate with PRM and technical teams to shape solutions that drive transformation outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts and nurture relationships with strategic partners to secure long‑term commercial wins.
• Chair the Commercial Retailing forum, align cross‑functional teams, and steer decisions that support delivery success.

In addition to the above, we'd love for you to demonstrate the following:

• Experience leading teams and working in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
• Hands‑on experience with programme and change management approaches like Agile, PRINCE2 or MSP.
• A proven ability to lead large‑scale, cross‑functional change, even in complex and evolving environments.
• A strong sense of commercial awareness, with the ability to connect transformation efforts to real business results.
• Confident communicator and collaborator, with experience influencing senior leaders and engaging stakeholders at every level.
• A degree in business, economics or a related field, or equivalent experience leading transformation with impact.

It would be great if you also have a background working within the Retail or Travel industry.
