Position Overview

Entrust is undergoing a strategic transformation of its Revenue Enablement function and were looking for a highly motivated Revenue Enablement Program Manager to join our team.

In this critical role you will be the driving force behind the design execution and optimization of enablement programs specifically for our global field-facing sellers . You will empower our sales teams to engage customers with confidence consistency and clarity directly accelerating pipeline conversion and improving overall seller productivity.

If you thrive on solving complex sales challenges through structured training love leveraging new technologies (especially AI ) and are ready to own high-impact programs from strategy to execution this is the role for you. You will be a key partner to our Sales Marketing Product and Operations teams.

This is a hybrid role located at our office in London.

Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Executive

Design and deliver high-impact enablement programs covering onboarding continuous development and methodology adoption for field-facing sales teams.

Ensure program goals are tightly aligned with business unit priorities and global go-to-market strategies.

Command of the Message Enablement

Integrate and reinforce the Command of the Message methodology throughout all training coaching and sales tools.

Partner closely with certified trainers and sales leaders to drive disciplined messaging adoption across the field organization.

AI-Driven Enablement

Champion the use of AI-powered tools to streamline content creation personalize learning paths and enhance coaching effectiveness and performance insights.

Identify opportunities to automate and scale enablement workflows across different geographies and sales roles.

Content & Curriculum Development

Build engaging interactive learning experiences using platforms like Docebo Articulate and CoPilot .

Develop essential sales assets including detailed playbooks quick reference guides and interactive training modules tailored to seller needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Performance

Partner across Sales Marketing Product and Operations to ensure all enablement programs are relevant aligned and impactful.

Define clear success metrics track program effectiveness and continuously refine programs based on data feedback and evolving business requirements.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success Enablement or a related role supporting field sales teams.
  • Proven success designing and executing enablement programs that lead to measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands‑on experience and strong knowledge of the Command of the Message methodology.
  • Strong communication facilitation and superior stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with enablement platforms (e.g. Docebo, Highspot, Seismic) and content creation tools (e.g. Articulate, Synthesia).
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve team productivity and program impact.
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the country of employment and have unrestricted work authorization for that country.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified to deliver Command of the Message training (Bonus points!).
  • Experience supporting enterprise or complex solution-based selling motions.
  • Familiarity with conversational intelligence platforms and data‑driven coaching practices.
  • A background in cybersecurity, identity or data protection industries is a plus.
