Job summary

Lloyd’s is seeking an Associate, Revenue & AP Operations in Chatham to join the Central Finance team. You’ll manage revenue collection, supplier invoicing and payments, and oversee monthly reconciliations to keep the Lloyd’s Market moving.

This role involves working with market participants, branches and the wider market to ensure accurate transactions, timely payments and robust financial controls. Prior experience in finance operations and strong MS Office skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Previous financial or finance operations experience.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Confidence analysing information and resolving problems.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience working with different stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Workday or Lloyd’s Market systems is useful.

Responsibilities

• Managing revenue collection, reviewing billing information and recovering market charges.
• Supporting accounts payable, processing invoices and credit notes, reconciling supplier statements and payments.
• Completing monthly reconciliations of balance sheet control accounts and maintaining customer/supplier data.
• Resolving queries with market participants, branches, customers and suppliers.
• Working with finance systems including Workday and ARCS.
• Ensuring strong financial controls and compliant processes.
