Job description
Overview

We are seeking a Retrofit Site Supervisor to oversee the safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of our retrofit projects. Acting as the eyes and ears on-site, you will work closely with coordination and delivery teams to ensure Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) are installed to PAS 2035 standards, comply with building regulations, and meet REFYT's quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out site inspections before and after installation of Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs).
  • Ensure all works are delivered in line with PAS 2035, Building Regulations, and internal quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on the quality, safety, and effectiveness of measures such as insulation, heating, and ventilation.
  • Keep detailed photographic and written records for compliance, audit, and funding requirements.
  • Identify, escalate, and follow up on defects or non-conformances with contractors and site teams.
  • Liaise with internal teams to promote quality, consistency, and process improvements.
  • Update internal systems with accurate and timely site information.
  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate across teams to resolve challenges.
