Retrofit Coordinator – Social Housing

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to join a leading built environment consultancy delivering large-scale social housing retrofit schemes. This is a hybrid role based out of the Manchester office, with the opportunity to manage projects involving 500+ properties and multiple energy efficiency upgrades.

You’ll oversee retrofit coordination from assessment to completion, working with internal teams and external contractors to ensure compliance with PAS2035 and associated funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the retrofit process end-to-end across multiple housing projects
  • Ensure full PAS2035 / PAS2030 compliance and funding eligibility
  • Lead client-facing meetings and report on project progress and performance
  • Conduct energy modelling and produce Improvement Option Evaluations & Medium-Term Plans
  • Support the compilation of design packs and lodge completions to TrustMark
