Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence required for site visits.
  • Commutable to Manchester office (hybrid role).

Overview

We're seeking an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to join a leading built environment consultancy delivering large-scale social housing retrofit schemes. This is a hybrid role based out of the London office, with the opportunity to manage projects involving 500+ properties and multiple energy efficiency upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the retrofit process end-to-end across multiple housing projects
  • Ensure full PAS2035/PAS2030 compliance and funding eligibility
  • Lead client-facing meetings and report on project progress and performance
  • Conduct energy modelling and produce Improvement Option Evaluations & Medium-Term Plans
  • Support the compilation of design packs and lodge completions to TrustMark
What You'll Need
  • Level 5 Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management qualification
  • Experience with large-scale social housing retrofit projects
  • Strong knowledge of PAS2035 standards and energy modelling software (e.g., Elmhurst Design SAP 2012)
  • Excellent Excel and document management skills
  • Full UK driving licence (site visits required)
  • Commutable to Manchester office (hybrid role)
Desirable
  • Level 3 DEA and/or EEM in Older & Traditional Buildings
