About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Retrofit Coordinator to take the lead on client-facing retrofit projects, with a particular focus on modelling, data interpretation, and special project delivery. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients — helping them navigate the technical, regulatory, and delivery aspects of PAS-compliant retrofit programmes.

You’ll be a key link between our technical teams, delivery partners, and clients, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
• Leading and coordinating retrofit modelling and data-driven assessments.
• Overseeing special projects that push the boundaries of innovation and sustainability.
• Ensuring compliance with PAS 2035 and associated quality processes.
• Working closely with external stakeholders, contractors, and assessors.
• Supporting continuous improvement and technical excellence across the business.
• Providing insights and guidance to clients on programme strategy, technical decisions, and delivery challenges.
