Are you a Contract manager who has experience on retrofit projects? We are looking for a Retrofit Contracts Manager to join a contractor in Essex, who are going through a phase of serious growth over the next 5 years as they increase their turnover 4 fold.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple contracts for the main client
• Coordinate with installation teams
• Monitor project progress ensuring safety regulations are met and projects are running on time and within budget
• Oversee all retrofit projects ensuring compliance with industry standards
