I am seeking a meticulous and proactive Retrofit Compliance manager to support the delivery of retrofit programmes funded through government and local authority schemes. This role is pivotal in ensuring all works comply with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards, supporting my client’s mission to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions across housing stock.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all retrofit activities meet PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards, including documentation, installer accreditation, and quality assurance.
Documentation & Audit Preparation: Maintain accurate records for all retrofit projects, including pre- and post-installation evidence, risk assessments, ventilation reports, and retrofit design documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with Retrofit Coordinators, Assessors, Installers, and internal teams to gather and verify compliance documentation.
Scheme Administration: Support the administration of funded schemes such as ECO4, SHDF, HUG, and LAD, ensuring timely submission of evidence packs and funding claims.
Data Management: Use internal systems to track project progress, flag non-compliance issues, and assist with reporting to funding bodies and auditors.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with changes in PAS standards and retrofit best practices, contributing to process improvements and training initiatives.
