Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as an administrator in a housing, retrofit, or construction company is a MUST.
  • Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the site, being the main point of contact between site and off-site teams.
  • Handling all data that comes into site and ensuring that it is all being logged correctly and efficiently.
  • Arranging and supporting construction meetings and events.
  • Supporting the construction Director with document distribution.
  • Maintaining an accurate and efficient electronic filing and archiving system.
  • Being familiar with the Company's Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.

Are you an experienced Retrofit Administrator with a keen eye for detail and extremely process driven? Have you got a knowledge of retrofit / decarbonisation projects within the construction space? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the largest Maintenance Contractors in the UK, who are currently on the look out for a Retrofit/Decarbonisation Compliance Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for all of the data entry, compliance and communication across site and head office.

What are we looking for?

Key Responsibilities:
