Job summary

Vibe Recruit is seeking an experienced Retrofit Assessor/ Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) for projects across Wales and the South West. The role involves carrying out high-quality retrofit and energy assessments, with travel across the region.

The ideal candidate will be fully accredited, have a minimum of 2 years' experience, and hold Level 3 Traditional Buildings accreditation. ECMK/Elmhurst accreditation and ASHP assessment experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fully accredited Retrofit Assessor / Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Level 3 Traditional Buildings accreditation - essential.
• Accredited with ECMK and/or Elmhurst.
• Air pressure / Pulse testing experience - highly desirable.
• Experience carrying out heat loss assessments would be advantageous.
• Experience completing ASHP assessments would be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across Wales and the South West.

Retrofit Assessor / Domestic Energy Assessor

Location: South Wales - covering Wales & the South West
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + OTE / Commission

Vibe Recruit are working on behalf of a growing organisation within the energy efficiency and retrofit sector to recruit an experienced Retrofit Assessor / Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).

Ideally based in South Wales or the Monmouthshire area, you will cover projects across Wales and the South West, carrying out high-quality retrofit and energy assessments.

Key Requirements

• Fully accredited Retrofit Assessor / Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Level 3 Traditional Buildings accreditation - essential
• Accredited with ECMK and/or Elmhurst
• Air pressure / Pulse testing experience and capability - highly desirable
• Experience carrying out heat loss assessments would be advantageous
• Experience completing Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) assessments would be advantageous
• Comfortable travelling throughout Wales and the South West
