Overview

AFLALO is a modern fashion house grounded in elegance, opulence, and bold femininity. We are seeking a Senior Retoucher & AI Imaging Lead — a highly skilled image-maker with exceptional taste, luxury-level precision, and a forward-thinking approach to modern e-commerce production.

What You’ll Do

• Retouch and refine campaign, e-commerce, and social imagery with impeccable clarity and aesthetic sensitivity
• Preserve natural skin texture, accurate fabric detail, clean silhouettes, and tonal richness
• Prepare pixel-perfect final files for both web and print
• Ensure consistent lighting, color, tone, and finish across all assets
• Work directly with the Creative Director to uphold and evolve AFLALO’s refined, luxury visual identity

AI-Enhanced E-Commerce Imaging (Core Secondary Focus)

• Execute product color changes, shade matching, and consistent recoloring
• Produce AI-assisted ghost imagery and improved product isolations
• Create digital product variations and clean e-commerce assets that reflect AFLALO’s luxury standards
• Use AI-driven cleanup, background consistency, and efficiency tools
• Integrate new AI imaging innovations into our workflow as they emerge
• Ensure every AI-assisted output meets the same bar of luxury quality as our retouched imagery

AI enhances your craftsmanship — it doesn’t replace it.

Workflow & Asset Management

• Maintain organized file structures, clean version control, and efficient cross-team delivery
• Keep presets, color profiles, and AI workflows documented and updated
• Support a smooth, modern imaging pipeline

This is workflow support — not a heavy “asset manager” role.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional retouching experience in luxury fashion, beauty, or high-end e-commerce
• Mastery of Photoshop and deep understanding of skin, fabric, lighting, and color
• Experience using AI imaging tools for recoloring, cleanup, ghost imagery, or product optimization
• A strong aesthetic sense paired with an appetite for new digital techniques
• Ability to maintain luxury quality while working efficiently
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
• Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating with creative leadership
• A portfolio with:
  • Before/after retouching samples (required)
  • Any AI-assisted e-commerce or product imaging work (a plus, not required)
