Job summary

Housing 21 is seeking a Projects and Change Partner for Retirement Living. Based home-based with occasional Birmingham meetings, you will lead and deliver projects that improve service delivery for residents and staff.

You will report to the Director of Strategic Projects and work closely with the Retirement Living team to drive transformative initiatives. The role requires senior housing experience, multi-project leadership, and a track record of delivering national change strategies, with a

Qualifications

• Experience in housing services for older people in a regulated environment.
• Senior level experience in organisations of comparable scale and complexity.
• Delivery of national strategies and change/innovation projects, including tech-enabled change.
• Multi-project management across dispersed teams.
• Delivery of service improvements benefiting customers and staff.
• Willingness to work towards the Ofqual/CIH qualification if not held.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects and transformation initiatives to improve service delivery for residents.
• Oversee change management projects to improve ways of working.
• Shape and lead a portfolio of improvement projects across Retirement Living.
• Collaborate with operational colleagues to ensure projects are embedded in day-to-day delivery and meet targets.
• Occasional attendance at head office in Birmingham for meetings.
