A leading company in the subscription-based business is seeking a Retention Lead to develop customer retention strategies and address churn. RETENTION LEAD

HYBRID – SOUTH EAST LONDON – 3 days a week in the office

THE COMPANY

This prize competition business operates with a subscription-based model, and they are currently going through a rapid expansion!

THE ROLE

As a Retention Lead, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Own and develop the business’ customer retention strategy
• Address churn issues and maximise customer lifetime value
• Ensure communications with the subscriber base are effective
• Identify key behavioural triggers
• Working closely with CRM, product, customer service, and the CFO

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a dedicated retention role, ideally within digital subscriptions or gaming
• Strong understanding of LTV and churn
• Understanding of data and its importance in informing retention strategies
• Familiarity with CRM
