About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially minded Retail Wellness Commercial Manager to lead the national rollout of our next-generation, tech-enabled wellness modalities. This role is ideal for a driven operator with strong commercial acumen, deep sector knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences at scale.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will shape operational standards, elevate staff training, drive organisational performance, and champion our wellness brand across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, deliver, and implement a nationwide rollout of new technology-enabled wellness modalities across our retail chain.
  • Develop and embed operational and service protocols that ensure a consistently outstanding customer experience.
  • Strengthen staff training and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring teams are aligned, empowered, and high-performing.
  • Own all commercial performance metrics, driving improvements in efficiency, service, and profitability.
  • Champion and evolve our wellness brand, acting as a key voice within the wider organisation.
  • Work closely with supply chain partners to ensure the organisation has best-in-class resources and the latest industry practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing function to scope and deliver a strong customer acquisition (CAC) strategy.
  • Lead and develop a scalable B2B sales structure, supporting growth and new business objectives.
