Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum

What you'll do
  • Deliver accredited and non-accredited retail training both in person and online.
  • Inspire, support, and motivate learners to achieve their goals.
  • Identify learner needs and set SMART targets to drive progress.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and meet all GLA compliance requirements.
  • Promote employability and career progression opportunities within the retail sector.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high-quality learner outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and curriculum development.
What you'll bring
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
  • Background in teaching or training within employability or vocational settings.
