Job summary

TUI is seeking a Travel Advisor for our Bristol, The Mall store. You’ll help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and extra products, delivering memorable holidays and outstanding service.

You’ll work a varied shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays, join a friendly team, be motivated by targets, and receive training on multiple systems to support customers face to face and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Advise and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks and related products to customers in-store.
• Deliver memorable holiday experiences and place customers at the heart of the business.
• Provide outstanding service face-to-face and virtually, handling questions and resolving issues.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and maintain knowledge of systems through training.
