Job Description

Our Jewellery House is experiencing strategical change with ambition of growth, with expansion plans demanding a highly skilled and knowledgeable salesforce across the globe. To deliver successfully the commercial strategy, we need to ensure our teams are equipped with the most effective training tools and resources.
In order to do that we need an experienced Training Executive to join the Head Office team and drive the creation and delivery of high-volume, impactful training materials to empower our global BAs network with the knowledge and skills needed to (but not limited):

  • Drive Sales: Equip our teams to effectively deliver compelling selling ceremony and sell the full spectrum of High Jewellery and core categories, maximizing sales potential.
  • Strengthen Relationships: Cultivate strong connections between our brand ambassadors and clients, fostering long‑term brand loyalty.
  • Enhance House Visibility: Develop training programs that elevate De Beers brand awareness and position in the luxury retail market.
  • Collaborate with the Global Brand & Retail Training Manager and local trainers to identify training needs and develop relevant training materials.
  • Design, develop and deliver engaging eLearning contents and other training tools using the company's platform.
  • Manage and maintain the De Beers Jewellers eLearning platform, ensuring its functionality and effectiveness.
  • Source and curate high‑quality training content from external vendors, ensuring alignment with De Beers brand values and training objectives.
  • Track and report on training program effectiveness and participant feedback.
  • Support the implementation of training programs across various departments and global markets.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of training workshops and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a training role.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering eLearning contents and other digital learning materials.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within a luxury retail or brand environment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to learn new methodologies and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Passionate about the De Beers Jewellers and the luxury jewellery/retail industry.
