Job summary

McCurrach is recruiting a Retail Trainer to represent AEG across the East of England. You will deliver engaging training to retail colleagues and kitchen designers, helping customers understand premium AEG cooking, cooling and laundry solutions.

You'll build relationships with store staff and stakeholders, run one-to-one and group sessions, and support campaigns and launches while travelling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Organised, self-motivated with ability to plan and manage territory.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
• Experience in training, coaching, retail, field sales, or account management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one and group product training sessions to retail staff and kitchen designers.
• Support new product launches, promotions and campaigns within stores.
• Gather retailer and shopper insights and monitor competitor activity.
