ABOUT THE ROLE

Award winning, Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farming estates and organic producers in the UK.

We are looking for an engaging and passionate Retail Team Member's to join our Pimlico Store.

Employment Details
  • SALARY: 12.64 + Tronc- Paid Weekly
  • HOURS: Full time 32-40 hours
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail areas, including shelves, displays, and product storage, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Stock shelves and replenish inventory to ensure products are readily available for customers, while monitoring expiration dates and product quality.
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately, handling payments, returns, and exchanges efficiently while upholding cash handling procedures.
  • Assist in merchandising efforts by participating in product promotions, seasonal displays, and maintaining awareness of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
