Job summary

Greggs is hiring Team Members in Guildford to deliver fast and friendly service, keep the shop clean, and help prepare our popular products. You’ll engage with customers in-store and via online orders, ensuring a brilliant experience across channels.

No prior experience required—training provided. This role offers a 25-hour contract with a £12.91 per hour rate (under 18 £11.03), plus discounts, free drinks on shift, paid breaks, and access to Profit sharing and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience is not essential. As long as you’re willing to learn, we’ll give you all the training you need to do an amazing job.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to our customers, make sure the shop is clean and tidy, and prepare our much-loved products.
• We serve our customers across a number of channels; in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive thru. You\'ll play a key part in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
