Retail Team Leader

Salary: £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) + £290 car allowance per month.

Location: Perth

Immediate Start. Access to wages from 3-7 days after shift completion. Holiday Pay.

As a Retail Team Leader you will take accountability for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites. Flexible availability is required as the shift lengths may vary; you will be travelling to a different client site each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.

Days: Monday – Sunday (5 in a 7 day working shift pattern).

Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites.
• Complete stock counts accurately and within the given time frame.
• Monitor and improve team productivity where possible.

Please note all work will require prolonged periods of standing and may involve use of step stools and ladders. Some sites are in warehouses or large retail premises where you may be required to access and work with ground and high level stock.
