Job summary

Asda in Workington is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of the department during night shifts. You will lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, and ensure excellent customer service on the shop floor.

You will work closely with the store manager to uphold high standards, keep the team motivated, and handle issues as they arise. Nights hours (36 per week) and a permanent, full-time role are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
