Job summary

Asda Holyhead is seeking a Team Leader to supervise the day-to-day running of a department and deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor. You will guide colleagues, help manage stock, and act as the go-to person for problem solving, while supporting your manager to keep standards high.

You will lead by example, stay organised, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude. The role requires flexibility across afternoons, with weekend/evening shifts common, and a supportive team culture.
