Retail Supervisor – Part Time

Position: PTSV, Hours: 24 per week. Location: Stamfordham Road, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly rate: £13.11. Minimum hours: 24 per week. Earnings: at least £314 per week. Overtime may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support manager; run shop efficiently and provide great customer service.
• Take full responsibility for shop during manager’s absence; ensure customers are looked after, deliveries processed, routines completed.
• Open and close shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop retail assistants.
• Control operational costs: shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
