Savers in Alton is recruiting for a part-time Supervisor to join the team. You will work closely with the Store and Assistant Manager, get involved in daily tasks and coach colleagues to deliver great results. No two days are the same and you will be ready to roll up your sleeves to maximise opportunities while wearing the Savers uniform.

You will connect with the local community, inspire your team and help drive success with flexible shift patterns and a clear path for progression within Savers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop own skills to enhance others.
• Passion for the products sold.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the team to deliver results.
• Support store and assistant manager, manage and coach team.
