Job summary

Savers in Caerphilly is hiring a part-time Supervisor to lead and coach the store team. You’ll work around 16 hours per week with room to take on extra shifts, supporting the Store and Assistant Manager to deliver great results and superb customer service.

You’ll connect with the local community, celebrate daily wins, and help develop colleagues’ skills while upholding Savers values and standards. Retail experience is welcome and encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop others and coach teams.
• Passionate about products sold and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Store and Assistant Manager to coach the team and drive exemplary results.
• Lead by example in customer service and store presentation.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers in-store.
