Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Enniskillen is hiring a part-time Supervisor to help manage daily store operations, coach the team and deliver great customer service. With 30 hours per week and the potential for more, you will work across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, reporting alongside the Store and Assistant Manager.

You will champion the Savers experience in your local community, drive sales opportunities, and support staffing and coaching.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop others and coach a team.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations and coaching the team to deliver results.
• Engage with the local community and act as a role model in-store.
• Support scheduling and cover across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
