Responsibilities

• Maximise sales by delivering excellent customer service.
• Control costs and reduce waste.
• Operate the till and handle cash accurately.
• Manage stock levels and replenishment.
• Maintain store security in line with procedures.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Take responsibility for the store in absence of Store/Assistant Manager.
• Maintain store standards including health & safety and food hygiene.
• Update and maintain store audits and administrative procedures.
