Job summary

Welcome Break is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Hillsborough to help run a busy site, support the team, and deliver excellent customer experiences daily. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours and an immediate start, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

You’ll work with supportive managers, gain hands-on leadership experience, and develop the skills to progress in management while keeping standards high across the site.

As a Retail Supervisor at Welcome Break in M&S , you’ll play a key role in running a busy site, supporting your team day‑to‑day and helping deliver great experiences for every customer who walks through the door.

You’ll work alongside supportive managers, gain hands‑on leadership experience, and build the skills you need to progress your career, all while working flexible hours that fit around your life.
