Job summary

Toolstation Limited in Nuneaton Bermuda Park is seeking a Retail Supervisor to cover a 35-hour week. You’ll be the face of Toolstation, creating a great first impression, building relationships with customers and supporting the Store Manager.

You’ll also check deliveries, unpack and stock shelves, and assist with branch cleanliness and order assembly. The role requires flexibility to start early and finish late, as the store opens 7 AM to 8 PM.

• No prior retail experience required; focus on delivering great service.
• Teamwork mindset and willingness to muck in.
• Flexible to shifts, early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in their absence; motivate and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Check deliveries, unpack, stock shelves, and keep the branch clean.
• Deliver great customer service with a smile and build strong customer relationships.
• Ensure customers leave with everything they need for the job.
• Maintain high branch standards and strong product availability.

What you'll do

Retail Supervisor- Nuneaton Bermuda Park- 35 hours.

Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Of course as a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, and support the Store Manager but you’ll also be checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse and stocking shelves. And it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. But if you take real pride in what you and the team do, our customers will notice and love us all the more for it.

Day-to-day

• Supporting Whether it’s standing in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and engaging the team or coaching the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
• Delivering great service Providing a great customer experience with a smile on your face – no matter how busy you are and coaching the team to do the same.
• Asking questions and building relationships Making sure our customers leave the branch with everything that they need for the job.
• Building a fun working environment Maintaining our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
