Screwfix is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a small team in a fast-paced store environment. You will guide customers to suitable products and uphold high store standards while demonstrating outstanding service and teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have proven supervisory experience, a passion for customer care, and strong communication skills to drive store performance and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Host the store and lead the team, guiding customers to the right products and setting a strong example.
• Maintain store standards: cash reconciliations, handle customer queries, audit compliance and stock management.

Opening Hours:

Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)

Saturday (7am to 6pm)

Sunday (1pm to 6pm)

Key responsibilities

WHAT'S IT LIKE TO BE A RETAIL SUPERVISOR?

• Host - you'll be the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of what great looks like. You'll understand what your customers need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them
• Store standards - you'll make sure everything runs smoothly from cash reconciliations, to customer queries, audit compliancy and stock management.
• Part of the team - you'll join a team who take pride in their store, working together and having lots of fun along the way!

Required Skills & Experience

YOU ARE...

• An experienced supervisor or duty manager who is used to managing a small team in a fast-paced environment
• Great at giving amazing customer service, and able to translate that into sales
• Inquisitive, ever-questioning and ever-improving
• Passionate about our business
• Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and like to work hard!
