Screwfix in Leeds is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead in-store operations, ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining store standards and stock accuracy. You will guide customers to products, handle cash tasks, and support a busy team to deliver a smooth shopping experience.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, a proactive approach to stock and customer queries, and a commitment to helping colleagues grow through training and development.

• Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)
• Saturday (7am to 6pm)
• Sunday (9am to 4pm)

Key responsibilities

WHAT’S IT LIKE TO BE A RETAIL SUPERVISOR?

• Host – you’ll be the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of what great looks like. You’ll understand what your customers need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them
• Store standards – you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly from cash reconciliations, to customer queries, audit compliancy and stock management.
