Retail Supervisor in Gloucester Woodrow Way 25 hours per week At Toolstation, we're not just interested in what you can bring to us today. Of course as a retail supervisor, you'll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves. Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and act on their behalf when they are absent.
• Motivate, engage and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Check, unpack and stock deliveries; maintain product availability.
• Keep the branch clean and presentable and create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile, even during busy periods, and coach the team to do the same.
• Ask questions and build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they leave with everything they need.
• Foster a fun, inclusive working environment where everyone loves coming to work.

Qualifications

• Hard work and passion: retail experience is not required.
• Enjoy team‑work and be happy to “muck in” and get your hands dirty.
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude and ensure customers always have a great experience.
• Be reliable: show up when needed, be flexible and enjoyable to work with.
