From keeping shelves stocked and the store looking its best, to helping reduce shrinkage and till errors, you’ll play a big part in helping the team hit targets and keep things running smoothly.

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer preferred
  • Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
  • The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
  • Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
