Job summary

Screwfix in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead in-store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and guide a small team through busy days while upholding our high standards from opening to close. You’ll oversee cash reconciliations, handle customer queries, manage stock and audits, and help the store run smoothly with a supportive, fun team.

• An experienced supervisor or duty manager who is used to managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Great at giving amazing customer service, and able to translate that into sales.

• Host – you'll be the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of what great looks like. You'll understand what your customers need, guide them to the right products, and make it super easy for them
• Store standards – you'll make sure everything runs smoothly from cash reconciliations, to customer queries, audit compliancy and stock management.

Opening hours:

• Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)
• Saturday (7am to 6pm)
• Sunday (9am to 4pm)
