Our store teams are that warm arm of reassurance, friendly face offering product insight, product knowledge and trust. They help customers purchase first prams, cots, baby changing tables or outfit for a child’s first birthday, ensuring magical moments they will cherish forever.

The Role of Store Supervisor

Our SUPERVISORs are ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our award‑winning business. We are expanding our family by looking for an amazing SUPERVISOR to be based at our Ipswich store on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract, leading a small team of sales consultants and working closely with the store manager to achieve results and an incredible customer experience.

This role covers 16 hours per week across two days, including Saturday, Sunday or both. Apply for the shifts that work best for you.

We look for candidates with a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background, who love putting a smile on customers’ faces, leaving them with magical moments, can lead by example, and support the team.
