Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred with ability to read and follow directives.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customers with queries and concerns in a friendly manner.
• Organize merchandise flow from delivery to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain storefront fixtures, displays and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, records and loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
• Help supervise and develop Store Associates; ensure a safe, respectful environment.
• Clean and restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash.
