Tesco Colleague role in-store is designed for flexible, real-world tasks across the shop floor. You will contribute to customer service, stock management, and daily store operations, while fitting around your availability and hours.

You can choose to work a minimum of 12 hours or more, with offers of 16 guaranteed hours per week in many locations. Starting pay is £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25, with additional location-based payments possible.
