JD Sports is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers confidently, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and uphold high service and presentation standards while working as part of a supportive team.

In this fast-paced retail role, you’ll learn new skills, grow within the business, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment that puts people first. Weekend/evening shifts and seasonal peaks are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, confident with customers and team.
• Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and grow in a store environment.
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and help them find products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock and support the full customer experience.
• Keep shop floor clean, tidy, and replenished with on-brand displays.
• Assist with till work, restocking, and following safety guidelines.
