You’ll learn product knowledge and the practical aspects of our fitting services, with extensive training to help you progress across the Halfords Group. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail sales.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Rotational availability, including weekends.
• Experience working towards and achieving sales targets.

• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions.

• Learn fitting services and demonstrate how to use products.
