Your Role: Retail Enterprise Architect (Manager)

As a Manager specializing in enterprise architecture within retail and consumer goods sectors, you will:

1. Lead and deliver enterprise architecture solutions for complex, large-scale technology transformation projects.
2. Drive the design and implementation of innovative retail strategies using digital, cloud, and AI technologies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create holistic solutions tailored to client challenges.
4. Serve as the technology delivery lead, ensuring alignment with business goals and managing the project lifecycle.
5. Provide expertise in supply chain, omnichannel commerce, customer experience platforms, and smart retail innovations.
6. Build strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and thought leader.

Required Experience:

1. Proven track record as a technology delivery lead and enterprise architect in retail and consumer goods industries.
2. Experience designing and implementing solutions such as cloud platforms, ERP systems (SAP or Oracle), data analytics, POS, payments solutions, and digital platforms.
3. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and translate emerging retail trends into opportunities.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) are advantageous.
2. Experience with ERP, Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP), and retail-specific platforms.
3. Knowledge of emerging retail technologies like AI/ML, IoT, and Edge.
