Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in Greater London. The role focuses on leading a team on the shop floor, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll motivate staff, manage store operations, and ensure customers receive an excellent experience while working within Lidl's equal-opportunity pay structures and benefits. This position offers progression and formal leadership development.
