Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead and support a store team, ensuring smooth opening and closing shifts and driving excellent customer service.

• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
