Retail Shift Manager

Lidl GB | London, Surrey | £46,149 per year (estimated)

£15.65 - £16.15 per hour | 35-40 hour contract | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave

Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles

• Manage operations within your Store and oversee colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
