Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to ensure safety on the shop floor, deter theft and maintain a positive shopping environment. You will work to protect customers and colleagues with a calm, professional presence and provide top-notch service during every shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible, reassuring presence on the shop floor.

• Operate CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss.
• Work closely with store management teams.
• Support partnerships with Police and local crime networks.
• Use Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety onsite.

What You'll Be Doing
