Job Purpose

Protect customer property, people, and assets by following site instructions and procedures. Meet or exceed service expectations to help maintain the contract. Continue developing skills through regular training.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Follow company policies and UK laws.
• Carry out tasks as outlined in the site's Assignment Instructions.
• Keep up to date with changes to these instructions and suggest improvements.
• Maintain correct and valid licences (Security Guarding/Door Supervision and CCTV).
• Stick to safety standards and follow instructions.
• Work in an organized and methodical way.

Training & Development

• Complete all required training.
• Take extra courses to grow professionally.
• Use technology to support your job.
• Renew licences 16 weeks before they expire.

Security & Health & Safety

• Spot and report any hazards.
• Stay aware of risks or threats at work and act to prevent issues.
• Use good judgement and call for help if needed.
• Stay calm and professional in tough situations.
• Write clear notes after any incident for reporting.
• Stick to your schedule and remain committed.
• Make check-in calls at assigned times.
• Report incidents to emergency services and the communication centre.
